Anzal’s Flatweave x Zanafi Pillow – Cloudy Sky

This pillow was designedand woven by theartisans of Anzal who have an association of women only weavers.Woven with 100% live sheep’s wool, the colors werecreated with natural vegetables and spice blends – ingredients like henna, pomegranate skin, saffron, indigo and mint to name a few.

The combination of the Zanafi x Flatweave weaving technique is a living testament to the powerfulhistory of this village. In Anzal the weaving tradition is nurtured by the womanpassing the skills down from generation to generation.

Each pillow is one-of-a-kind. They’re all inspired by, or made from, a textile that was woven in the village.
