Anzal’s Zanafi Pillow – Diamonds & Stripes

This pillow was designedand woven by theartisans of Anzal who have an association of women only weavers.

The Zanafi weaving technique comes from the High Atlas Mountains. This technique is extra special as it’s reversible and the symbols become inverted depending on the side.

In Anzal the weaving tradition is nurtured by the womanpassing the skills down from generation to generation.

Each pillow is one-of-a-kind. They’re all inspired by, or made from, a textile that was woven in the village.
