By now most of you know Crane Design is inspired by nature and fortunate to be surrounded by a bounty of beautiful settings to draw upon for our collections. The latest inspiration Still Waters evolved fromsketchesfrom walks by a local pond with beautiful marshland plants, calm waters that are a host to lots of Dragonfly’s and other small creatures.
This new applique piece may be used as awallhangingor even do the individual panels as smallwallhangsor pillows. The piece includes some fun embroiderystitchento make the piece pop…we hope you enjoy. This piece was created with rich hand dyed wools that radiates a warm and rich feeling.
